From Conferences to Birthdays, Glenboig’s Life Centre is your Venue.  At The Life Centre, the Events Team can design a bespoke package around your needs to suit every budget. The in-house catering will impress you and your guests.  Whatever the event, you will be well catered for within the function suites with private entrance to the flexible meeting spaces.  There are rooms for all occasions, formal or informal, large or small.

Training Room

Suitable for a variety of meetings for up to 30 attendees.

Main Hall

Hire for a variety of functions for up to 100 guests or participants.

Hall 1 - Large Hall

Suitable for medium sized functions for up to 75 guests or participants.

Hall 2 - Small Hall

Suitable for smaller functions for up to 50 guests.

Cycle Hub

Great outside cabin, fully equipped with kitchen facilities – suitable for a variety of events for up to 20 attendees.

Café

Enjoy a speciality coffee with Breakfast, Lunch, daily specials.

Community Garden

Fabulous outside space with raised beds.

Community Transport

We have in our fleet - Two 16-seater buses available to members to hire with a driver. One wheelchair accessible bus with a driver One 7-seater electric car with a driver.

Changing Places Facility

Our Changing Places Facility is designed to meet the needs of every person. It has generous space which can accommodate a large wheelchair whilst also offering ample environment for two carers and additional equipment.

Sensory Room

Our Sensory room offers a calm space for all. It is designed to help anyone engage with their senses and reap the benefits of sensory stimulation in a safe and relaxed environment, regardless of their age or ability. It has soft lighting and soothing music to help promote relaxation and immersive sensory experience for people with various abilities.
