We at Glenboig Development Trust offer a transport service to all non-profit making groups, schools, voluntary groups, Churches, Charities, Youth groups etc.
We also help support our local community by collecting excess food from local suppliers to run a small food bank collection within the centre this is normally on a Monday, Wednesday and a Friday.
All our bookings are for members of our community group however membership is open all. Please feel free to contact our admin team at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss becoming a member.
When you become a member and would like to enquire about a possible booking get in touch with the team, We will then email out a booking request form and our Transport co-ordinator Andrew will review it and be in touch to discuss it further. This can be for a single trip or a block booking this will also outline all our booking terms and conditions along with the pricing.
All the quotations are non obligatory and we are more than happy to discuss and edit quotes as we understand sometimes group sizes and requirements can change from the time of booking to the requested hire date. We can also provide a passenger assist upon request, so if you have a large group and need an extra hand looking after the party while they are in our vehicles we can help.
We have 4 vehicles that are available to hire. We have 2 Mercedes Sprinter Mini Buses one which has been adapted for wheelchair access along with two Electric Nissan Nv200 again one has been adapted for wheelchair access.
If you would like to become a driver with ourselves we are always welcome to new volunteer drivers if you feel this is something for you then feel free to come along to the centre to discuss.
